Rainwater Harvesting Project at Boerner Botanical Gardens Capturing, Filtering, and Reusing Rainwater in Spectacular Waterfalls. Boerner Botanical Gardens now has beautiful waterfalls created with the collection of rainwater from the building and parking lot. Delightful Watergardens, a Certified Aquascape Contractor, is on site throughout the project to help make this happen. Boerner is a place for educating the public besides showcasing beautiful gardens. This rain harvest and wetland filtration project will be a great example to surrounding communities. A homeowner, a business, a community all can create some type of a beautiful rain harvest feature. Rain harvesting waterfall projects can be done on very small scale to very large scale.
